The Application Process
Complete our (mobile friendly) online application and find out if you qualify for our donor program in just a few minutes!
Qualified applicants will be invited to complete our longer, secondary online application. Once submitted, you will be contacted by one of our intake coordinators within 48 hours to discuss the next steps in donor screening.
The Screening Process
Donors will complete medical screening (at no cost) including:
- AMH (anti-mullarian hormone testing)
- STD testing
- Genetic carrier screening
Once donors are selected for a cycle, they will complete additional screening including:
- Psychological consults
- Ultrasound with follicle count
- Legal contracts
Donor Compensation
Our donors earn $7,000-$15,000 per cycle, with a limit of 6 cycles (based on ASRM reccomendations).
Donor Travel
Some donors may require travel for their cycles. If travel (over 50 miles) is required, all flights, hotels and food allowances are covered at no cost to the donor.
