Egg Donor Process

At The Egg Collective, we believe egg donation should feel straightforward and empowering—never confusing or overwhelming. Our process is designed to support donors at every step while working closely with trusted fertility clinics.

Below is what you can expect.

Step 1: Apply Online

Complete our quick online application and find out if you qualify in just a few minutes.

Step 2: Secondary Application + Intake Call

Qualified applicants will be invited to complete a longer, secondary online application.

Once submitted, an intake coordinator will contact you within 48 hours to go over next steps and begin donor screening.

Step 3: Medical Screening (No Cost to You)

All medical screening is provided at no cost and includes:

  • AMH testing (anti-müllerian hormone)
  • STD testing
  • Genetic carrier screening

Step 4: Cycle Selection + Final Clearances

If you are selected for a cycle, you’ll complete additional screening steps, including:

  • Psychological consult
  • Ultrasound + follicle count
  • Legal contracts

We walk you through everything and make sure you always know what’s next.

Donor Compensation

Our donors earn $7,000 – $15,000 per cycle, with a maximum of 6 cycles (based on ASRM recommendations).

Donor Travel (If Needed)

Some cycles may require travel. If travel over 50 miles is needed, we cover:

  • Flights

  • Hotel

  • Food allowance
