Howard Taske, Co-Founder

Howard brings a decade of leadership creating greater access to care for fertility patients. He has also helped dozens of fertility clinics grow and better meet the needs of their patients.

He develops fertility companies and concepts that reduce cost, increase quality and better connect those who need treatment with those who can meaningfully provide it.

Howard’s background spans healthcare, consumer and media sectors, having led efforts for well-known hospitals, fertility clinics, scientific groups and consumer product companies along with helping to run an advertising agency and produce television programming.

His broad experience allows him to better see opportunities, for both patients and clinicians alike, and collaborate to bring them to fruition.

Howard enjoys sailing, solving puzzles and creative writing.

Marianne Novella, Co-Founder

Marianne Novella is a seasoned fertility professional specializing in third-party reproduction, with a particular focus on egg donor and gestational carrier coordination. Over the course of  her career, she has developed a deep expertise in guiding intended parents, donors, and surrogates through every stage of the reproductive process with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

Marianne has worked with leading fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and legal and  psychological experts across the United States, ensuring that each case she manages meets the highest standards of ethical and procedural integrity. Her extensive experience spans donor recruitment and matching, clinical coordination, program management, and patient relations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the medical, emotional, and logistical dimensions of assisted reproduction.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate communication style,  Marianne has built a reputation for creating a seamless and supportive experience for all  parties involved. She takes pride in her ability to balance complex medical timelines with the  personal needs of patients and donors, fostering trust and clarity in a process that is both highly technical and deeply personal.

Allison Campbell, Chief Scientific Advisor

Prof Alison Campbell has over 30 years experience in the fertility sector, and Founder of Fertile Mind, offering strategic and scientific consulting for the fertility sector. She is Chief Scientific Officer of the Care Fertility Group which currently consists of 19 IVF laboratories in the UK, Ireland, Spain and the US. Alison is a Consultant Embryologist, Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists and has published widely in the field of clinical embryology. In this role she is responsible for best practices across the IVF laboratories.

Alison is a developer, implementer and author of time-lapse algorithms to predict ploidy and live birth and her team have recently developed an award-winning artificial intelligence tool to support embryo selection across the Care Fertility clinics.

Alison has a passion for the training and development of embryologists and has established a dedicated practical training centre for embryologists which is now home to the UK’s first university-industry joint Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology.

Alison actively shares her knowledge and experience, lecturing worldwide and participating on scientific advisory board including the scientific and clinical advances advisory committee for the UK’s regulator (HFEA). She is also part of the editorial board of Reproductive BioMedicine Online and is Vice President of the international society – Alpha Scientists in Reproductive Medicine.

Having identified synergies between the field of clinical embryology and Nature’s SAFE living biobank, Alison supports this charity in a voluntary advisory capacity, as scientific advisor, and helps raise awareness of this important cause in order to make a contribution to a nature positive future.
